Refund and Returns Policy

At Fronix Innovations, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product, and we are here to help.

1. Payment Method

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods such as net banking and UPI method. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, ensuring that your personal and financial information is kept safe.

2. Prepaid Orders

We offer prepaid orders for our products, allowing you to pay for your order in advance. Book your order in a minimal zero(0 Rs/-) amount. If a customer cancelled their order (Partial Paid/ Full paid), then Fronix Innovations LLP will initiate refund on priority basis. Refunds will be credited in working 15 days as per bank terms.

3. Delivery Period

We aim to deliver your order within 2-7 days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product and the delivery location. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product must not have been used or damaged.
  • The return must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [toll free number- 1800-313-3464] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must include the RAN with your return package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the conditions above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

5. Installation Services

We do not provide any refund on Installation  services. If you are not satisfied with the installation, please contact us to discuss your concerns and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Project Management Services

We do not provide any refund on project management services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to determine the best course of action. Please note that some products may not be eligible for exchange.

8. Return Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [toll-free number: 1800-313-3464]. We will arrange for the return of the product at our expense and either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

9. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include all accessories, manuals, and other materials.
  3. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
